Voice Recognition
In line with 21st-century science and technology, Paragon includes a new feature to showcase advanced technology: voice recognition. Voice or speech recognition is the ability of devices to record spoken words or commands by the user. The Osaki OS-4D Pro Paragon has a tiny microphone around the speaker, which recognizes 9 different phrases that the user can manage the massage modes by speaking. To turn on speech recognition, simply say, "turn on speech recognition mode."

The Osaki OS-Pro Paragon allows 4 different levels of adjustment for the 4D massage. The various adjustment levels allow the user to customize the massage to suit their preferences. The Osaki OS-4D Pro Paragon massage chair allows the user to control the massaging experience with four 4D and 5-speed adjustments.
L-Track with the Heated Back Roller Massage
The Osaki OS-4D Pro Paragon stimulates an L-track massage system that offers a broader coverage and more reach points, which extends massage techniques from the neck and lower back, and, finally, wraps underneath the back of your thighs. Paragon‘s L-Track Massage movement offers massage refreshingly on the back of your body. The L-Track offers about 50% more massage area than your average S-Track chair. The OS-4D Pro Paragon has the most upgraded back heating system. The roller itself will heat up, acting like hot stones massaging simultaneously. The heated back roller allows for a far greater surface heating area. Experience the luxury of hot stones warming the muscles from your neck to the hamstrings. In addition, Paragon includes an upgraded version of the heating feature (TEMP + / TEMP-), which is a function to adjust the heating temperature.
Multi-Angle L-track
Unlike other L-track massage chairs, the Paragon has a multi-angle L-track feature. It offers a diverse angle of L-track massage mechanism, which means that the L-track roller moves up and down angles at hamstring areas. When the massage chair reclines, other massage chair rollers do not move and offer fixed rollers at the hamstring. However, the Paragon's L-track moves upwards to provide a more realistic massage feature on the hamstring area.
Full Body Air Massage
Multiple airbags are located throughout the massage chair to offer a full-body massage experience. Airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, waist, pelvis, and calf areas. This compression massage helps increase blood circulation throughout the body to relieve pain and tension.
Body Scan Technology
The OS-4D Pro Paragon will perform a body scan to map the critical areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect the shoulder's height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.
Calf Kneading & Rollers
Underneath the feet are spinning reflexology rollers to provide an outstanding foot massage. The rollers under the feet will travel along the sides and middle of your feet to provide a more hands-on kneading experience. Along with the foot rollers, the calf portion will inflate to the appropriate amount of pressure and then initiate a calf kneading massage. Allowing the calf portion to provide a calf kneading motion will increase the legs' blood flow, helping them reach a higher level of relaxation.

We guarantee that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship, or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.
What Is Covered:
This warranty covers all the chair's parts, labor, and framework.
This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
This warranty includes parts costs for the second year at no cost to the customer.
Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.
The extended warranties include parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.
5-Year Extended Manufacturer's / Parts & Labor Warranty

This warranty covers all the chair's parts, labor, and framework.

What Is NOT Covered
Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism.Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances, and power surges.
Malfunctions due to improper use and unreasonable use or maintenance, including failure to follow operating instructions.
Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
This warranty does not include wear and tear, including velcro, zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covered by abuse. Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute a defect for warranty.
Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics is not a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use.
Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due to accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged, or soiled.

Shipping Rates & Policies
All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery; massage chairs will arrive in their original factory boxes unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering them into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.
Threshold Delivery: With threshold delivery mode, massage chairs will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance of the home, business, or apartment building.
White-Glove Delivery: With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered to your destination and assembled. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service. (Cost:$250)
All White Glove Services is a one-time, non-refundable service, nor do they cover any return service. Once the service has been signed off for completion of service, the delivery agent will not return to do further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off on the completion of the service.

Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product.
