This is our standard delivery method when you purchase any massage chair from us. Your massage chair will arrive unassembled in its factory boxes. The freight company will deliver your massage chair to your carport or entryway, and you will be responsible for getting it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or family member.

• Slight assembly is required, but our massage chairs are easy to assemble, with clear assembly instructions in the packaging. You don't need special tools or skills. Assembly usually consists of attaching air hoses, arms, and ottoman. Installation takes about 30-90 minutes. • Check the chair dimensions to ensure they fit through any doorway needed.

2) White Glove Delivery (Room of Choice Installation):
Average Shipping time: 14-18 Business Days

You can add White Glove Delivery to your order from $199.99 to $399.00, which is the delivery AND installation of your massage chair. It adds about a week to the total delivery time. A two-person installation team will deliver, unpack and install your massage chair in whichever room you like (and carry it up the stairs if needed). They aren't professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your particular massage chair model before. If any problems arise during installation, please email us at info@massagechairheaven.com, and we will help you.

• Once your massage chair has arrived at the white glove terminal, please allow 3-5 business days for the installation team to call and schedule your delivery. If you do not receive a call to schedule delivery after 3 days, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will help you.
• You don't have to be an expert or own special tools to install a massage chair. They're easy to assemble, with clear instructions in the packaging. We only partner with brands that have excellent customer service. That means both Massage Chair Heaven and the massage chair manufacturer can assist you in installation.
• We only recommend this option if you can't find anyone to help you carry the massage chair or if you want everything done without moving a muscle (which is fine! After all, you deserve a rest and a break to revitalize!)
• We DO NOT SHIP to PO BOX.

Delivery Communication

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship on average within 2-3 business days and take about 12-14 business days of the date of your order to be delivered (this is industry standard due to the large shipments required). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
