Osaki OS-Pro Alpina

The Osaki Pro Alpina has combined the S & L track systems to deliver an incredibly consistent massage. Before initiating any preset program, the chair will conduct a body scan and map the critical areas of the neck and back to ensure a consistent amount of pressure while applying the massage. The scanning technology will also detect the user’s shoulder height, which can be recalibrated once the scan is complete. If the user desires a higher or lower starting point, they must adjust 10 seconds after completing the scan.

L Track + S Track Technology

The Osaki OS-Pro Alpina combines S-Track and L-Track technologies for an incredibly consistent massage. The L-Track starts at the base of your head, travels down your back, and wraps underneath your glutes to the back of your thighs. The S-Track ensures that the massage roller will follow the natural curvature of your spine.

Body Scan Technology

Before initiating any automatic program, the Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair will conduct a body scan and map the critical areas of the neck and back to ensure a consistent amount of pressure while applying the massage. The scanning technology will also detect your shoulder height, which can be recalibrated once the scan is complete. If you desire a lower starting point, there is a 10-second pause to adjust with the remote.

Ache Sensor

Sensors for your fingers rest on the armrest of the Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair. This helps the massage chair to detect points where you have tension between focusing your massage where you need it most.

Zero Gravity Recline

Inspired by NASA technology, the Zero Gravity position is perfect for the ultimate massage. When you are placed in the Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest, which reduces compression along your spine. Your weight adds to the intensity of the massage.

Foot Rollers

The Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair provides soothing reflexology massage to the soles of your feet, targeting the acupressure points to relieve tension throughout the body. The spinning rollers knead away foot pain and discomfort while the airbags increase circulation. The Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair has 22 airbags, making it efficient and reliable. The airbags are made from the latest technology, allowing the airbags to contour to the body and evenly distribute the pressure. Airbags are located at the Arms, Hips, Shoulders, Calf, and Feet.

The Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair is integrated with a touch screen tablet remote that lets you see all the functions and the automatic programs. The images and buttons make the remote easy to use and operate.

Titan Chair LLC provides this NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty.

We guarantee that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship, or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein. 

What Is Covered:

This warranty covers all the chair's parts, labor, and framework.

This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.

This warranty includes parts costs for the second year at no cost to the customer.

Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.

The extended warranties include parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.

5-Year Extended Manufacturer's / Parts & Labor Warranty 

What Is Covered:

This warranty covers all the chair's parts, labor, and framework.

This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first (3) years at no cost to the customer.

This warranty includes parts costs for the 5 years at no cost to the customer.

Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.

This warranty is only valid with the purchase of the extended 2-year warranty.

Shipping Rates & Policies

All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery, massage chairs will arrive in their original factory boxes unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering them into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.

Threshold Delivery: With threshold delivery mode, massage chairs will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance of the home, business, or apartment building. 

White-Glove Delivery: With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered to your destination and assembled. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service. (Cost:$250)

All White Glove Services is a one-time, non-refundable service, nor do they cover any return service. Once the service has been signed off for completion of service, the delivery agent will not return to do further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off on the completion of the service.

How Fast Will You Receive An Order
