Voice Control
When using the voice recognition function, say “Hello, Kiri” to wake up your Titan Pro Jupiter LE. After the voice mode is turned on, the user expresses various commands to Kiri. Please see the user manual for all voice control instructions.
3D Massage
Titan Pro Jupiter LE is a 3D massage chair with 5 levels of speed, 5 levels of airbag intensity, and 3 levels of width adjustment. 3D lets you adjust the speed and width of 3D rollers at any time in a massage, whether you are in auto or manual mode.
Auto Body Scan
The Titan Pro Jupiter LE will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect your shoulder height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.
L-Track
The L-Track rollers provide smooth massages throughout the user's neck to the glutes.

Dual Action Foot Massage

Extendable Footrest
The footrest can be extended up to 12.6" to ensure the optimal leg length for your height. The foot component will extend outwards and then retract inwards. Simply apply pressure with your feet to be at the desired position.
Tablet Remote
Jupiter LE has an all-touch display for easy-to-use massages. Simply turn on the tablet as the power-on button is on top of the tablet. A power symbol is indicated at the top right of the screen to select a massage. Push the button and select a massage.

We guarantee that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, quality, or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.
What Is Covered:
This warranty explicitly covers all the chair's parts, labor, and framework.
This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
This warranty includes parts costs for the second year at no cost to the customer.
Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.
The extended warranties include parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.
5-Year Extended Manufacturer's / Parts & Labor Warranty

Shipping Rates & Policies
All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery, massage chairs will arrive in their original factory boxes unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering them into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.
Threshold Delivery: With threshold delivery mode, massage chairs will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance of the home, business, or apartment building.
White-Glove Delivery: With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered to your destination and assembled. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service. (Cost:$250)
All White Glove Services is a one-time, non-refundable service, nor do they cover any return service. Once the service has been signed off to complete service, the delivery agent will not return to further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off on its completion.
