The Osaki-4000XT is a space saver chair that only requires 2" of clearance from the wall when fully reclined, making it perfect for those constrained by space. The 4000XT is suitable for people 5'0 - 6'0 tall and up to 245 pounds.
L-Track Massage
As the roller system massages the neck area, it continues to the lower back and massages the glutes and upper hamstrings.
Full Body Air Massage
There are multiple airbags located throughout the massage chair to offer a full-body massage experience. The 4000XT offers a total of 24 airbags in the massage chair. Airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, feet, and calf areas. This compression massage helps increase blood circulation throughout the body to relieve pain and tension.
Unique Foot Rollers
OS- 4000XT has one spinning reflexology massage roller on the bottom of the feet, providing a soothing kneading style application. As the rollers spin, it will stimulate acupuncture points, and as the airbags inflate, it will generate a much deeper massage along your foot.
Two-Step Zero Gravity Mode

We guarantee that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, craft, or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.
What Is Covered:
This warranty covers all the chair's parts, labor, and framework.
This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
This warranty includes parts costs for the second year at no cost to the customer.
Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.
The extended warranties include parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.
5-Year Extended Manufacturer's / Parts & Labor Warranty

This warranty covers all the chair's parts, labor, and framework.

Shipping Rates & Policies
All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery; massage chairs will arrive in their original factory boxes unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering them into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.
Threshold Delivery: With threshold delivery mode, massage chairs will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance of the home, business, or apartment building.
White-Glove Delivery: With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered to your destination and assembled. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service. (Cost:$150)
All White Glove Services is a one-time, non-refundable service, nor do they cover any return service. Once the service has been signed off to complete service, the delivery agent will not return to do further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off on the service's completion.

Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product.
